Ethel was brought into the shelter as a stray with what seems to be her brother, Fred. Ethel is they shy one of the two and is the follower. Ethel is very bonded with her brother and does not like to be away from him, so we are hoping to find them a home together. Ethel may need some time to adjust to a new home but with her brother to reassure her, she seems to do much better with new situations. Ethel and Fred would love to meet you and see if you are the one for them!
